Recipe No.1:
Usiri powder (Gooseberry) : 100 gm
Black Sesame (Nalla nuvvulu): 100 gm
Dry the above constituents, fry and make powder
Guntagalagara aaku : 100 gm (dried)
Candy sugar powder : 100 gm
Usage:
Mix all the above constituents. Take 1/4th to ½ spoon daily. Children can take with milk and candy sugar powder.
Benefits:
Teeth will strengthen, all parts of body will be rejuvenated, dhaatu strength increases, hair turns black within 3 to 4 months.
Recipe No.2:
Soak dry usirika powder overnight. Make paste to consistency and apply tohair. Wait for half an hour and take bath. Hair will blacken.
Recipe No.3:
Soak a handful of dry or fresh gooseberry (usirika) overnight. Remove water and fry the pieces lightly in cow’s ghee.
Usage:
Take them with food or even directly two to three times in a day.

Recipe No.4:
Make powder of karakkaya, Taanikaaya and Usirikaaya 100 gm each (only bark or top part) and sieve it in a fine cloth. Add milk to 1 or 2 spoons powder in a china bowl and make paste to consistency. Apply paste to hair and wait for one hour before bath. Do not use shampoo. For Kapha Prakruti people apply in the afternoon and take bath. Then expose hair to Saambraani smoke.

Dr.Elchuri's Recipes for COMPLEXION
Recipe No.1:
Tomato : 50 gm
Carrot : 50 gm
Beet root : 10 to 20 gm
Lemon : 1 No.
Candy sugar (Patika bellam ) : 150 gm
Honey : 50 gm
Extract juice of tomato, carrot, beet root and filter the same. Add candy sugar powder to it and prepare ‘paakam’ on SIM flame only. Add honey and lemon to the above and store in a bottle.
Usage:
1 to 2 spoons with one glass water along with a little fresh lemon juice. If blood is less, use 3 times a day.
The bi-product remaining after juice is extracted can be used for face pack.
Benefits:
Anaemia problem subsides, skin glows and face complexion increases.

Add cream of milk to the bi-product obtained in recipe one and grind it in a mixie. Apply the paste as face pack thickly all over the face and below the eyes.

Chiri senagalu (small chana) : 500 gm

Rita powder (kunkudukayala podi) : 100 gm
Seekakaya powder : 100 gm

Maaredu fruits powder (or paste) : 100 gm

Sonf (Sonthi) : 100 gm
Jeera : 100 gm. (Fry and make powder)
Cut Sonf (Sonthi) into small pieces and fry on a small flame in a vessel. Then make fine powder. Add Jeera powder to Sonth powder gradually till both are uniformly mixed and sieve the mixture in a fine cloth to get fine powder. Store in a glass bottle.
Usage:
Half spoon powder added to Five spoons lemon juice to be licked early in the morning. Later it can be taken twice for Forty days.

Children ½ spoon; Elders : 1 spoon - 2 to 3 times a day after meals.

Recipe No.2:
Take Jaaji leaves (sanna jaaji or vira jaaji) and flowers equally and add cow’s urine (naatu aavu mootram). Grind to paste and apply to hair in layers. Apply with the feeling that my hair will regrow. Wait for one hour before bath.
People with Kapha prakruti should take bath in the afternoon.
Perform the above at least once in a week.

Hairfall due to paenu korukudu:
Drumsticks (nela munakkayalu), Nela vamkayalu and nela tomato roots in equal proportion. Make paste out of three varieties of roots and apply to scalp. If dry, fruits of above are available in the market. Make powder and mix with water to make paste before applying to scalp.

Raddish juice : 100 gm

Mix all the above and buil till the juice evaporates and oil remains. Store in glass bottle.

Soak all the above constituents for 24 hours and boil on SIM flame till oil remains. Filter and store in a bottle. Apply to hair atleast thrice in a week.

Lemon juice : 100 gm (filtered)

Fry khus khus and soak in sufficient HOT water for 4 to 5 hours. Apply to the hair in layers. After one hour take bath with Rita/Ayurvedic Shampoo.

Make powder from Vasa sticks and store. Mix little powder with water make paste and apply to scalp. A little burning sensation may be there. Take bath with Rita powder after 15 to 30 min. take head bath as above once a week.

Recipe No.1:
Vaavila tablets:
Vaavila aku (Vayalaaku) : 50 gm.
Tulasi leaves : 50 gm
Tippa teega (Amruta lata) : 50 gm
Garlic : 50 gm
Vamu : 50 gm (Fry and make powder)
Pepper : 50 gm (Fry and make powder)
Ginger juice: Sufficient to mix
Grind the three varieties of leaves to paste. Add vamu powder, pepper powder and garlic to paste. Add little by little ginger juice and grind all contents together. Make small balls (equal to pea size) and dry them in shade. Store in a bottle.
Usage:
Take 1 tab daily for 2 days and later 2 tabs daily. Give one hour gap before taking food.

All types of BODY PAINS, fevers due to climatic changes, fevers due to kapha and vaata doshas, paralysis, sciatica, neck pains, waist problems, disc problems, facial paralysis. 80 varieties of problems due to Vaata dosha get relieved.
Recipe No.2:
Boil 250 gm sesame oil. Add 50 gm garlic pieces (cut into small pieces). After garlic pieces turn black, filter oil and add 20 gm fine pepper powder and also add 20 to 30 gm camphor (mudda karpooram) when the oil is still hot.
Usage :
Apply oil to the affected parts in warm condition.
Recipe No.3:
Take one cup milk and one cup water. Add 2 or 3 pods garlic (made to pieces) and boil on SIM flame. Boil till water evaporates and one cup remains. Filter and add 1 spoon candy sugar powder, 1 gm Vaayu Vidangalu or Vaayu lavangalu powder.
Benefits:
Paralytic patients can take the above contents to get relief. Stiff nerves will loosen and paralytic symptoms vanish.
Recipe No.4:
Make paste of pepper powder and sesame oil. Apply the paste to legs and hands or affected parts. After drying on skin wash.
Recipe No.5:
Mix kasivinda/peda chennangi leaves, butter (cow/goat/buffalo’s butter) and apply on the affected parts.
Recipe No.6:
Take dove bird’s (paavuramu) excreta and dry it to powder. 2 to 3 chitikas can be taken orally two times a day.
Recipe No.7:
Soak 50 grams vasa in water for 24 hours. Dry and make powder.
Sonti 30 gms, (fry and make powder).
Black Jeera powder : 20 gm (Fry and make powder).
Add all three contents with honey and take it in the morning and evening. It reaches inner sides of nerves.

Strength of nerves is regained and paralytic symptoms vanish.

Ginger Juice : 20 gm
Onion juice : 20 gm
Honey : 20 gm
Mix the three contents and take 1 to two spoons.

Garlic pieces : 30 gms
Ummetta kaayalu : 2 Nos. (fine pieces)
Mustard oil : 200gm
Mix all and boil till garlic pieces turn black. Filter and store oil.
Usage:
Apply oil to backbone, shoulders, hands, waist, legs and massage till heat generates. The stiffened nerves get energised (chaitanya).
Recipe No.10:
Boil turmeric, vaavili aaku, jilledu aaku in water. When the water is steaming, put the vessel below the cot (nulaka mancham) of patient and move steaming vessel carefully on the ground so that steam spreads from top of back bone to bottom of backbone and below legs. Take thick cotton cloth dip in the steaming liquid, squeeze and apply fomentation on the affected parts including head.

Paralytic symptoms reduce.

Mustard oil or Sesame oil.
Warm the oil and apply to throat, chest, both sides of nose, cheeks and gently massage. Massage in a round fashion on the neck and back bone, shoulders, sides of stomach, stomach. Also massage with oil on the feet and toes. Take bath after one hour.

Sprinkle little water and mix both powders uniformly. Make small balls (equal to size of chana).

Dr.Elchuri’s recipes for SKIN PIGMENTATION
Causes:
Skin Pigmentation occurs mainly due to the malfunctioning of the endocrine glands and the liver. Skin pigmentation problems occur as either an excessive coloration or darkening of the skin or a loss of color and pigment in the skin, over the entire body or just in patches and spots.
Pigmentation is more widespread amongst the middle-aged women. Very few women in younger age suffer from skin problems like pigmentation, and the extent of the problem is minimal with few exceptions. This in fact is related to the endocrinal changes that occur when women reach middle age.
The severity of pigmentation problem is associated with several diseases and disorders. So careful investigation is needed for increasing the body’s immunity and purification of Blood.
Recipe No.1:
Take 10 gms cow’s ghee and add boil it on SIM flame by adding 10 pepper (miriyaalu). After few minutes remove the pepper from the ghee and use the ghee along with daily food.

Add 1 spoon honey to warm Goat’s milk and take early in the morning.

Recipe No.1:
Urad Dal chilka (Pottu minapappu) : 1 kg
Coconut water sufficient to soak the dal.
After soaking grind to batter and prepare Vadiyalu and store.
Usage:
Soak 10 vadiyalu in milk. Add sugar candy powder (patikabellam )or jiggery and take them for 40 to 60 days. Gradually increase taking 10 to 20 Vadiyalu along with milk and candy powder.
Precaution:
Gents should be away from family life while taking the above recipe.

Uttareni leaves juice : 1 glass
Sesame seeds (Nuvvulu) : 1 glass
Boil the above contents till oil remains and store in a glass bottle.
Usage:
Apply the oil on belly from left to right and wherever excess fat prevails.

Bad water and bad blood is eliminated and excessive fat will melt. Blood circulation improves.

Ulava Jaava (horse gram)
Ulavalu : 50 gm
Boil ulavalu in 500 gm water and prepare Jaava. Add little ginger, Ajwain, Jeera powder, pepper powder, saindhava lavanam along with water and boil the contents till pastey liquid is formed.
Usage:
To be taken in afternoon at 4 p.m.
Recipe No.5:
Belly reduction powder
Take Karakkaya, taanikaya, usirikaya, sonti, pippallu, miriyalu, saindhavalavanam each 100gms. Fry and make powder separately. Mix all contents together and store.
Usage:
People with Vaata prakruti should take with warm water
People with Ushna prakruti should take with butter milk
Pople with kapha prakruti should take with honey.

OLD BACK PAIN:
Banyan tree milk.
Usage:
Dip one cloth in the milk extracted from banyan tree, in the early morning and tie it around waist for half an hour without formation of wrinkles in the cloth. Cover the entire waist by cloth with somebody’s help.
Benefits:
old back pain is relieved.
Recipe No.7:
Nalla tumma banka : 100 gm
Fry the above in cow’s ghee. Dry and make powder. Add candy sugar 100 gm. Store the powder in glass bottle.
Usage:
1 spoon morning and evening along with one cup milk.
Benefits:
Fractured bones will set right within 7 days. Old back pain is relieved.
Recipe No.8:
Apply voma tailam in warm condition to the back. Massage each vertebra with thumbs with left/right movement. Massage clockwise and anti clockwise around each vertebra of back bone.

Add jilledu aaku or chintaaku to water along with some turmeric (one or two spoons) and steam it. Dip one cotton cloth, squeeze and apply it on the affected part. Massage on back with palm.
